Registered Physical Planner / Licensed Land Surveyor

Brightroots Corporate Development is seeking the services of a qualified and duly registered Physical Planner or Licensed Land Surveyor based in or around Blantyre to work with us on a contract or per-project basis. We are looking to establish a long-term professional relationship with a reliable consultant who can support our land development and property projects.

Current Assignment

We require professional services for a land development project involving approximately 40 plots, with all documentation and approvals processed up to scrutiny and approval by the relevant authorities.

Scope of Work

The successful consultant will be expected to undertake and/or facilitate the following:

• GPS survey and data collection
• Boundary calculations and verification
• Preparation of survey records
• Working plan preparation
• Deed plan preparation
• Submission to the Surveys Department
• Coordination of examination processes
• Processing of deed plan approval
• Acquisition of deed plan copies
• Registration and title processing

Requirements

• Must be a registered Physical Planner or licensed Land Surveyor.
• Must possess the necessary professional certifications and licenses to undertake the assignment.
• Demonstrated experience in land surveying, planning, subdivision, and title processing.
• Ability to provide a detailed quotation for the required services.
• Based in or able to operate within Blantyre and surrounding areas.
