Role Overview:
Join our expanding team in a key role that combines sales, client management, and operational coordination of concrete supply. We are hiring mainly Senior professionals, plus a few Intermediate roles for high-potential candidates willing to be trained.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants.
• Drive sales and coordinate order execution from batching to delivery.
• Oversee on-site pouring and resolve technical/operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Act as main client liaison and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:
Senior Candidates:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Concrete Tech, or related field.
• 7–10 years experience in construction/concrete industry.
• Strong technical and commercial site knowledge.

Intermediate Candidates (Limited):
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–4 years experience in construction/site operations.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.

All Candidates Must Have:
• Confidence in client-facing environments.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid driver’s licence.
