People & Culture Operations Specialist
Provide efficient and compliant operational services for People & Culture (P&C) within the country. This involves managing core processes, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring data accuracy. You will collaborate with stakeholders to elevate the employee experience. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and the successful execution of P&C initiatives, guaranteeing high-quality service delivery aligned with organizational and regulatory mandates.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of People & Culture principles, policies, and practices.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Apply a problem-solving mindset with practical decision-making capabilities.
- Show an ability to think strategically while simultaneously managing operational HR tasks.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, along with robust organizational and prioritization skills.
Essential Functions
- Offer expert guidance on P&C policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Partner with P&C Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated, effective, and compliant people solutions.
- Administer employee benefits programs and support the generation and issuance of employment offers.
- Foster employee engagement by advising managers, addressing concerns, and resolving workplace issues and grievances.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee mobility processes, including documentation and coordination with relocation and immigration service providers.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and self-service systems, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Maintain data integrity, conduct compliance checks, manage operational risks, and monitor case workflows in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Lead continuous improvement efforts by analyzing data, implementing P&C projects, and identifying opportunities for process automation.
