The Role
As the primary contact for our Lilongwe operations, you will deliver outstanding customer service and oversee front-desk logistics and administrative duties, ensuring a professional and efficient office setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and manage all visitors, clients, and employees, strictly adhering to security entry protocols.
- Operate the central switchboard, manage high volumes of email correspondence, and efficiently direct inquiries to relevant departments.
- Ensure the reception area remains consistently pristine, professional, and welcoming.
- Maintain precise visitor logs, digital files, and comprehensive office records.
- Offer essential clerical support to the regional management team as needed.
- Provide logistical support for planning and executing office events, meetings, and regional operations.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Possess a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
- Certification: Hold a relevant tertiary qualification, such as in Front Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or Public Relations.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a dynamic, professional work environment.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Digital Proficiency: Demonstrable essential proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Hardware Competence: Proven experience operating modern office equipment, including scanners, projectors, and digital cameras.
- Communication: An exceptional command of both written and spoken English is required.
