Resani Consulting is re-advertising for an experienced Sales Manager on behalf of its client. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and effectively managing the client's portfolio, contributing to market expansion and revenue generation.
Key Duties
- Recruitment and Retention of members.
- Effective Sales Team management.
- Driving Deposit Mobilization and Loan Growth initiatives.
- Conducting Market Intelligence to identify opportunities.
- Handling Reporting and Accountability for sales performance.
- Managing and motivating the sales personnel.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a business-related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree from a recognized university is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational, time management, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop strong rapport with key market stakeholders, including press, government, and departmental leaders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with a strong desire, passion, and enthusiasm to achieve high levels of performance.
