E-Nyasa, is expanding its operations to serve more communities across Malawi. We are therefore seeking motivated, results-oriented Marketing and Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team.

Positions Available: Marketing and Sales Representatives.

Locations: Applicants MUST be Residents of one of the following districts.

– Zomba

– Mangochi

-Lionde

– Balaka

– Ntcheu

– Dedza

– Kasungu

-Mponera

– Karonga

– Nkhata-Bay

– Rumphi

-Salima

-Dwangwa

-Jenda

However, applications are strictly limited to residents of the listed districts above. If your residence falls under a related area, confirm eligibility when applying and that the SUBJECT of the EMAIL Must Be: LOCATION-SALES-NAME (e.g. KASUNGU-SALES-JOHN MADUKA)  Failure to follow this format is a straight disqualification.

Key Responsibilities:

– Promote and sell E-Nyasa’s products and services.

– Conduct community outreach, door-to-door marketing, market activations, and demonstrations

– Achieve monthly sales targets and generate referrals .

– Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads

– Educate customers on benefits of clean energy and our flexible credit options

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Diploma in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, Sales, or a closely related field (attach certified copies of certificates) + MSCE

– Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales and/or marketing (field sales experience an advantage)

– Age: Between 25 and 34 years (less than 35 years old) at the time of application

– Must be a resident of one of the specified districts listed above

– Strong communication skills (English and Chichewa and one local language depending on location-eg; Mangochi-Chiyawo, Rumphi, Karonga- Chitumbuka)

– Self-motivated, honest, and able to work independently.

-Added Advantage: Demonstrable skills or experience in digital marketing, social media sales, Tiktok, WhatsApp business marketing, or online lead generation.

Type: Contract- 1 Year Renewable

3. Certified copies of academic certificates (Diploma and MSCE)

4. A recommendation letter from your Church/Religious Leader.

5. A recommendation letter from your Community Leader (Traditional Authority/Chief)
