This position involves creating and maintaining filing systems, drafting office correspondence, and managing mail distribution. The coordinator will also be responsible for ordering and tracking Human Resources office supplies, answering phone calls, creating new employee personnel files, and assisting walk-in candidates. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a clean and accessible application area for individuals with disabilities and responding to employee and management inquiries regarding HR programs and policies. You will also be tasked with informing HR management of employee relations issues, ensuring the confidentiality and security of employee records, and accurately maintaining all employee files, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
You will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and safeguard proprietary information and company assets. This includes reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions. You will welcome guests according to company standards, communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and listening and responding appropriately to colleague concerns are also vital. Ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards, and utilizing computer systems for work-related information are key aspects of the role. This position requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. You will also perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
