Senior Chef Opportunity (full time)
We are continuing to expand our Lodge and Restaurant in Nkhatabay. Ndau Lodge offers a blend of European and Malawian influences on the shores of Lake Malawi. Our “Mango” lakeside restaurant caters for in-house guests and day guests alike. Our owners are culinary ambitious, and as such we have fast created ourselves a highly regarded reputation for traditional, international cuisine and an excellent service to our clients.

Proven experience as a chef
Diploma in culinary skills / hospitality management
Passion for creating excellent food
Leadership skills and shift management experience
Experience of food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
Experience of ordering all kitchen requirements
Experience of creativity and menu planning
Excellent communication, multitasking and teamwork skills
Pastry chef experience an advantage
