About the Opportunity
Standard Bank, in partnership with AGRA (Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa), is inviting applications through AMG GLOBAL for the position of Program Coordinator for the AGRA Phuka Incubation Project. This initiative aims to strengthen entrepreneurship, agricultural productivity, and youth-led enterprise development through incubation hubs across Malawi. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of program activities, including training delivery, field operations, and effective engagement with AGRA, partners, and hub managers. The role primarily focuses on coordination, logistics, beneficiary engagement, and partner support.

Key Responsibilities
Field Coordination & Hub Support
- Coordinate and oversee operations across multiple hubs.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Support hub managers with logistics and participant mobilization.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Support planning and scheduling of activities.
- Escalate operational risks as needed.
- Represent the program at engagements.
Training & Capacity Support
- Support trainers during program delivery.
- Monitor adherence to programme curriculum.
- Capture attendance and session summaries.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Coordinate logistics for travel, venues, and materials.
- Maintain comprehensive programme records.
- Support weekly reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a relevant related field.
- 2-3 years' experience in project coordination, field work, or community engagement.
- Experience with entrepreneurship hubs, youth programs, or agricultural development is an added advantage.
- Valid Driver's Licence.

Reporting Structure
