Reporting to: Procurement and Asset Disposal Manager (MF3)
Job Purpose
- Assist in the formulation of procurement and asset disposal policies and plans.
- Collaborate with user departments to procure necessary goods, works, and services.
- Prepare comprehensive tender and contract documentation.
- Facilitate tender openings and evaluation processes.
- Compile bid evaluation reports for Internal Procurement Committee (IPC) review.
- Inspect goods to ensure they meet specified requirements.
- Conduct market research to inform pricing and supplier selection.

To provide efficient and effective procurement and asset disposal services, ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from an NCHE accredited institution.
- A Master’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from an NCHE accredited institution.
Experience
- Three (3) years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
