About the Role: Recruiter & AI Trainer

This is a unique opportunity for exceptional talent scouts, not traditional CV screeners. You will identify high-agency, high-performance individuals and play a crucial role in training 10x Talent's AI agent, Niko. As a "human-in-the-loop," you will vet inbound applications and impart your expertise, including geographic nuances, cultural context, and talent trends, to help Niko learn what truly defines 10x talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and vet inbound candidate applications, identifying the top 1% who meet the "10x" profile.
• Collaborate with the product team to transfer your vetting logic and insights to the AI agent, Niko.
• Provide regional expertise, guiding Niko on local education systems, top companies, and cultural indicators of high potential.
• Proactively source elite talent, even those not actively seeking new roles.
• Serve as the initial human point of contact for top talent, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Who You Are

• Talent "Sniffer": Proven ability to identify individuals who consistently over-deliver, valuing raw intelligence and agency above formal qualifications.
• Analytical & Articulate: Capable of clearly articulating why a candidate is suitable, essential for training the AI.
• Geographically Plugged-In: Possess a deep understanding of the talent landscape within a specific region (e.g., Latin America, South Asia, Africa, or Eastern Europe).
• High Agency: A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is driven by goals rather than strict scripts.
