Academic Department

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver lessons in strict adherence to the established curriculum.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of student performance.
- Implement and maintain effective classroom management and discipline strategies.
- Prepare lesson plans, tests, and student reports punctually.
- Actively participate in school meetings and various extracurricular activities.
- Provide academic support to students and encourage their overall personal growth.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Diploma in Education.
- Prior teaching experience is considered advantageous.
- Demonstrated profound subject knowledge in the relevant teaching discipline.

- Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Excellent communication and classroom management proficiency.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a secondary school environment.
- Familiarity with the Malawi secondary school curriculum.
- A willingness and ability to contribute to extracurricular activities.
