INTERN (2 POSITION)

Limbe Leaf SACCO, a financial cooperative society licensed by the Reserve Bank of Malawi and affiliated with the Malawi Union of Savings & Credit Cooperatives Ltd (MUSCCO), is seeking applications from enthusiastic and self-driven graduates. The SACCO provides quality and affordable financial services to its members. We are currently offering a 3-month paid internship, presenting an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience within a rapidly expanding financial cooperative and make significant contributions to our operations.

Position: Intern (2 positions)

Contract Duration: Three months (with potential for extension)

Location: Lilongwe

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support for departmental operations and administrative functions.
• Assist with project coordination and data management tasks.
• Generate and propose innovative ideas to improve departmental efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to help Limbe Leaf SACCO achieve excellence across all departments.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a recognized Degree in Administration, Finance, or Microfinance.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A keen eagerness to learn and adapt within a professional work environment.
• Proven capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
