 Role Description  

This is a full-time on-site role located in Blantyre for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist. The role involves ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations, implementing workplace safety policies, conducting safety training, and promoting a culture of health and safety. The specialist will also monitor occupational health standards and identify areas for improvement across the organization.

 Qualifications  

• Strong knowledge and experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in Health & Safety and Workplace Safety standards and practices
• Ability to design and deliver effective Safety Training programs
• Understanding of Occupational Health principles and practical applications
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Relevant certifications, such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent, are highly desirable
• A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field
