VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Position: Graphic designer Photo Videographer

The Jacaranda Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to providing free education in Malawi, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Graphic Designer & Photo-Videographer.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of Jacaranda programs and projects.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos as needed for various platforms.
• Post videos and photos on social media platforms and write captions
• Design graphics, flyers, and posters for events and promotions.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media Production, or related field from a recognized institution
2. 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design, photography, and video production (references required)
3. Proficiency in:

– Graphic design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva

– Video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut

d) Strong writing and communication skills in English and Chichewa
