• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any Clinical discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience in a busy clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of work organization, self-motivation, driving for performance and improvement, and flexibility in approach and attitude.
• Demonstrable experience in supervising, coaching and training others
• Must be in good standing with Medical Council of Malawi
