Position Overview
Milanzi Interiors is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead company growth. This role will focus on expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, pursuing tender opportunities, cultivating corporate relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business expansion and secure new clients.
- Manage tender submissions and pre-qualification processes.
- Achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
- Enhance marketing efforts and strengthen brand positioning.
- Contribute to branch management strategies.
Essential Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of four years of professional experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Exceptional networking and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in proposal or tender preparation is advantageous.
- Demonstrated professional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and meet performance objectives.
