Background

Bhubesi Pride Foundation (BPF), a local NGO registered with NGORA, is dedicated to empowering Malawian youth. BPF achieves this through inclusive sports, education, health initiatives, and mindset change programs, all aimed at fostering sustainable communities. The organization operates a sports and education community center in Pheleni Village – Mzumanzi, serving as a central hub for all its activities. As BPF implements its 2025–2030 Strategic Plan, it seeks a dynamic, values-driven, and highly skilled professional to bolster and enhance its financial, administrative, human resources, and operational systems, supporting its expanding impact.
