Reporting to: Dean of Academics

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and assess Early Childhood Education courses.
  • Supervise student research projects and teaching practice.
  • Participate in curriculum development and review.
  • Support academic quality assurance and programme evaluation.
  1. Mentor junior lecturers and support academic development.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education/Development.
  • Experience teaching at tertiary level.
  • Experience in research supervision is an added advantage.
  1. Strong instructional and communication skills.
