MARKETING AND MEMBER SERVICE OFFICER

Limbe Leaf SACCO, a financial cooperative licensed by the Reserve Bank of Malawi and affiliated with MUSCCO, is dedicated to offering quality, affordable financial services to its members. We are currently searching for a proactive and outcomes-focused individual to join us as a Marketing Officer and Member Service Officer. This role is crucial for promoting our diverse financial products, expanding our membership base, and elevating our brand's presence. The successful candidate will be tasked with conceptualizing and implementing effective marketing initiatives designed to both attract new members and foster loyalty among existing ones.

Job Title: Marketing and Member Service Officer

Contract Duration: Two years – Renewable

Location: Lilongwe

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to effectively promote the SACCO's range of products and services.
• Actively recruit new members while nurturing robust relationships with our current member base.
• Perform thorough market research to pinpoint emerging opportunities for organizational growth.
• Coordinate and oversee promotional events, community outreach programs, and member engagement activities.
• Manage our social media presence and oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral.
• Generate routine marketing reports and conduct performance analyses to track campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
• Demonstrable professional experience in marketing, ideally within the financial services sector or a SACCO environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proven capacity to achieve targets and operate effectively with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies will be considered a significant advantage.
