Bridge Action Limited, an organization committed to stimulating global development, is seeking dedicated Field Enumerators to support vital quantitative and qualitative data collection initiatives across various districts in Malawi.

Key Duties

• Actively participate in field-based data collection activities, including conducting surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.
• Ensure the collection of accurate, high-quality, and timely data crucial for program monitoring and evaluation.
• Work collaboratively as part of the data collection team under the guidance of Research Supervisors.
• Adhere to field schedules, which may require flexible working hours and extensive travel within assigned districts.
• Support field logistics as needed to ensure efficient and effective data collection operations.

Qualifications

• A minimum Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related natural resources field.
• At least three years of experience in conducting field research, surveys, or data collection.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital data collection platforms such as ODK, Kobo, Commcare, and SurveyCTO.
• Experience in ensuring data quality and contributing to field reporting.
• Competency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in both English and Chichewa is essential; knowledge of additional local district languages is beneficial.
