The Role: Marketing Business Development Consultant

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Business Development Consultant to join our team in Blantyre. This pivotal role involves identifying and capitalizing on new avenues for business growth, as well as devising and executing effective marketing and business development strategies to broaden our client portfolio. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough market analysis, actively generating and nurturing leads, developing compelling proposals, and providing strategic guidance to partners on expansion opportunities. The consultant will also collaborate closely with our legal departments to enhance the positioning of our services, oversee marketing initiatives, and monitor performance indicators to boost the firm's profile and revenue.

What You Bring

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning to fuel firm expansion and strategic objectives.


• Solid experience in Lead Generation and Consulting, with a talent for identifying opportunities, advising key individuals, and converting potential clients.


• Exceptional Communication skills, encompassing the ability to articulate ideas persuasively, build rapport with clients, and foster effective internal collaboration.


• A background in marketing, business development, or a related discipline; prior experience within professional services or legal sectors is highly advantageous.


• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field is preferred.


• Proficiency with CRM systems, standard office software, and basic analytical tools for tracking lead progress and campaign outcomes.


• The capacity to work full-time on-site in Blantyre, effectively manage diverse projects, and meet deadlines within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
