FLEET OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and coordinate the company’s fleet vehicles

• Monitor vehicles maintenance and ensure regular servicing

• Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption and driver performance

• Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

• Coordinate driver schedules and assignments

• Conduct regular inspections and audit of fleet vehicles

• Handle accident reports and coordinate vehicle repairs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related field

• Proven experience in fleet management (minimum 2 years)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs

• Valid driver license
