Position: FIELD ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS / PERSONAL PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Information Technology

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in field engineering, site installation, maintenance, or operations of telecom towers or network infrastructure

• Knowledge of cell tower equipment (antennas, transmitters, power systems, backup generators) and preventive maintenance

• Competent with Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with network monitoring tools is an added advantage

• Valid driver’s license and relevant safety certifications (working at heights, electrical safety)

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and under pressure, often in remote or challenging environments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network tower equipment and associated infrastructure

• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of all equipment

• Monitor power systems, antennas, transmitters, and backup generators at field sites

• Document all site activities, maintenance logs, and service reports
