Job Positions & Requirements

1. Senior Production Supervisor

• Responsibilities: Oversee drug production and packing processes, assign tasks to the production team, and ensure strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Requirements:
  • BSc in Pharmacy, registered with the Pharmacy, Medicines and Poisons Regulatory Authority (PMRA).
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industries.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.

2. Quality Control Analysts

• Responsibilities: Conduct chemical analyses, operate laboratory equipment, and perform in-process quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Requirements:
  • BSc in Chemistry or Lab Technology.
  • Industrial laboratory experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs and Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).

3. HR Officer

• Responsibilities: Provide support to the HR Manager, manage HR administration and compliance, assist with recruitment and orientation processes, organize HR events, and prepare relevant reports.
• Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong IT, organizational, and communication skills.

4. Bookkeeping Clerks

• Responsibilities: Offer comprehensive bookkeeping support, including data recording and reconciliation tasks.
• Requirements:
  • Diploma in Bookkeeping.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clerical experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong IT and time management skills.

5. Production Machine Operators

• Responsibilities: Operate various production equipment and manage batch runs efficiently.
• Requirements:
  • Grade 2 General Fitter Trade Test Certificate.
  • At least 3 years of experience in industrial machine operations.

6. Van & Motorbike Salesmen (Mzuzu, Blantyre & Lilongwe)

• Responsibilities: Execute sales operations, gather market information, identify prospective customers, and develop customer call plans.
• Requirements:
  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in van or motorbike sales.
  • Possession of a valid and clean driving license.
