Roads Fund Administration (RFA) is seeking to fill the position of Financial Audit Manager.

Key Duties

• Management of financial audits (internal and external).
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Reporting audit findings and recommendations.
• Leading and mentoring the audit team.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Business Administration from a recognized university.
• A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
• At least 10 years of progressive internal or external auditing experience.
• Additional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are an advantage.
