Positions Available:
1. Business Development Officer (BDO) (3 positions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and successfully acquire new clients, including pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key customers.
- Actively promote and sell a range of medical and pharmaceutical products, consistently achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets.
- Diligently monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Provide assistance with the ordering and receiving processes for medical supplies.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Prior experience within the Pharmacy or Medical sector is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated sales success with quantifiable results.
- Possess excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Exhibit self-motivation, a strong target orientation, and a high level of professionalism.
- Priority consideration will be given to candidates who have established client relationships or an existing customer base within pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals.
Compensation:
- A competitive base salary complemented by a commission structure (3%–7% on collected revenue).

2. Pharmacy Technician (1 position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense and prepare pharmaceutical products.
- Manage all aspects of stock and inventory, including precise expiry date tracking.
- Ensure full compliance with all pharmacy regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
- Must possess a valid PMRA license.
- Requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or medical store setting.
- Demonstrate honesty, reliability, and a professional demeanor.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and strong customer service proficiency.
