Reporting Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive donor reports, concept notes, and funding proposals.
• Manage and maintain program documentation and databases.
• Contribute to monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes.
• Liaise with program teams to facilitate data collection.
• Ensure all reporting requirements are met accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Development Studies, Management, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Excellent report writing skills in English.
• Previous experience in NGO or project reporting is preferred.
• Familiarity with M&E tools is an advantage.
