Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver courteous, efficient, and professional guest service, including order taking, food and beverage service, and handling guest inquiries or concerns.
- Prepare, set and maintain dining areas in line with approved service, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout service.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu and beverages, providing accurate descriptions and recommendations to guests.
- Accurately process and coordinate guest orders with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and correct service delivery.
- Uphold high standards of etiquette, teamwork, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel policies, food safety, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in hospitality Management from a recognised Institution.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage items.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays or heavy objects as needed.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
