The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi (ICAM) a Professional Accountancy body in Malawi, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Senior Technical Services Officer in the Membership Department.

Report to: Director of Technical and Membership Services
Grade: D
Duty Station: Blantyre

b. Aim of the position

To provide deep technical expertise and hands-on execution in audit, assurance, and financial reporting standards, supporting the Director of Technical and Membership Services in delivering high-quality technical outputs, strengthening the development of content for Continuous Professional Development (CPD), and enhancing ICAM’s professional and regulatory credibility.

• Committees Technical support
• Disciplinary Ethics and Regulatory support
• CPD Technical Content Development
• Stakeholder and Member engagement

d. Qualifications

• A qualified accountant with any Professional Accountancy Organization recognized the Malawi Accountants Board such as CA(M), ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW etc.
• At least 5 years of work experience in an accredited audit assurance firm.
