• English Teacher
• Chichewa Teacher

Key Duties

• Teach English or Chichewa according to the approved curriculum.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Conduct lessons effectively and engage learners in classroom activities.
• Assess learners through tests, exercises, assignments and examinations.
• Mark and record learners' work and academic progress.
• Provide appropriate support to learners who need additional assistance.
• Maintain accurate attendance and academic records.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Participate in meetings, school activities and academic programmes.
• Communicate professionally with parents/guardians when required.
• Continuously improve teaching methods and subject knowledge.
• Perform other reasonable academic duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Education from a recognised institution.
• Relevant teaching specialisation in English or Chichewa.
• Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to work professionally with learners and fellow teachers.
