Our mission is advanced through initiatives in climate-smart agriculture, environmental stewardship, youth empowerment, financial inclusion, health programs, and educational support. Collaborating closely with community leaders, farmer groups, youth networks, and government extension services, NL fosters sustainable economic development and strengthens climate resilience across local communities.
In line with its continued growth and expansion, Nthowa Livelihoods is seeking to recruit three (3) committed volunteers to bolster its programs and organizational development.

Duty Stations: Champhira (1 Position) and Luviri (1 Position), Mzimba South District
Reporting to: Executive Director / Program Coordinator
Contract: Volunteer (12 months, renewable based on performance and funding availability)
The Field Officer (Volunteer) will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of community-based programs. These initiatives span climate-smart agriculture, irrigation farming, youth enterprise development, financial inclusion, market systems development, post-harvest management, and strengthening community resilience. This role serves as the primary community liaison for Nthowa Livelihoods in the designated area, requiring close collaboration with youth groups, farmer clubs, schools, traditional leaders, and government extension officers.
