CRECOMEX Limited, established in 2018 and registered in 2019, is a subsidiary of the Creative Centre for Community Mobilization (CRECCOM). Its primary goal is to generate revenue through various businesses including a state-of-the-art Conference Centre, Community Mobilization Consulting, Car Hire, and Real Estate. These revenues are crucial for sustaining CRECCOM and its core activities. The company is actively expanding its business reach and exploring new ventures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and present diverse meals and refreshments for functions, accommodating various dietary needs.
• Supervise catering assistants in their daily tasks.
• Manage kitchen operations, including menu costing, supply requisitions, and inventory.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of conference rooms, restaurant, toilets, and grounds.
• Properly set up conference rooms for functions in a timely manner.
• Prepare meals and refreshments for conferences and meetings.
• Monitor stock levels for hospitality items such as biscuits, sweets, sugar, coffee, pens, and pads.
• Conduct regular stock checks for all hospitality needs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma in Hospitality Management from a government-accredited college.
• Experience as a Head Chef is an added advantage.

Personal Specifications

• Good communication and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer care and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
