About

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests professionally
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Handle bookings and reservations
• Manage front desk operations
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception area
• Provide administrative support when needed

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate in Hospitality
• Strong communication and customer care skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
• Good organizational skills
• Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
