A leading company in Malawi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-time Sales Supervisor to manage and grow its fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) operations within the country.
This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a vibrant market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, proactively monitoring their sales performance and prompting timely restocking.
- Identify and onboard new clients with robust distribution capabilities to continually enhance the overall client portfolio quality.
- Empower clients to expand their businesses, thereby driving increased market share and sales revenue for the company.
- Analyze market trends, conduct research, gather intelligence, and produce standardized market reports to adapt regional strategies based on current market conditions.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the client order process, from placement and logistics arrangement to cargo loading, customs clearance, and delivery follow-up.
Job Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the FMCG sector, possessing a deep understanding of the Malawian local FMCG market dynamics.
- Solid knowledge of import policies and procedures applicable to products in Malawi.
- Extensive practical experience in customer relationship management and new client acquisition.
