About the Role
This is a high-ownership, client-side role focused on GTM strategy and execution, moving beyond traditional demand generation or narrow RevOps. You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, refining positioning, personalizing outreach at scale, and building repeatable pipeline generation systems. The role involves creating account selection workflows, optimizing messaging, launching campaigns, and developing signal-based outbound strategies to accelerate sales conversations. It requires a blend of systems thinking, outbound execution, AI-native workflows, and strong commercial judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance outbound and account-based growth systems.
- Design AI-assisted workflows for research, targeting, personalization, and campaign execution.
- Identify high-intent signals and convert them into actionable sales strategies.
- Conduct experiments across various scalable channels, including outbound email and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with leadership on positioning, campaign angles, and overall GTM priorities.
- Develop and refine messaging tailored for different buyer personas and market segments.
- Transform customer proof points, use cases, and market insights into assets that drive pipeline generation.
- Optimize enrichment, targeting, routing, and sequencing within the GTM technology stack.
- Contribute to defining the vision for a modern, AI-native GTM engine.
- Implement structure for early-stage GTM initiatives without hindering velocity.
Qualifications
- 2 to 6+ years of experience in growth, outbound, RevOps, GTM systems, or a similar builder-centric role.
- Proven experience in startup or high-velocity environments where ownership is critical.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with contemporary GTM tools and workflows (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, LinkedIn, enrichment platforms, CRMs, workflow automation).
- Excellent copy and messaging instincts.
- Ability to quickly translate ideas into execution.
- Sound judgment in determining when to automate processes versus when human context is essential.
- Sufficient analytical rigor to measure effectiveness and pragmatism to adapt strategies rapidly.
- A proactive builder's mindset.
- Clear communication skills and a bias towards action.
Bonus Points
- Experience selling into specific sectors such as construction, industrial, energy, field operations, procurement, AP, or contractor-heavy environments.
- Background in founder-led sales environments.
- Prior experience in creating outbound systems linked to account signals, industry events, or trigger-based workflows.
- Strong intuition for leveraging AI to enhance GTM execution without compromising specificity.
- Experience as an early GTM hire within a startup.
