Duties and Responsibilities

1. Allocating and monitoring labour in all field operations, ensuring that tasks are performed according to the recommended standard.

2. Preparing time sheets to initiate the process leading to proper payment of work.

3. Ensuring that an inventory of tools for the assigned block is up to date and well maintained.

4. Complying with Quality and Safety Standards in carrying out all duties.

Job Requirements

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).

• Must have 2 years of work experience in Agriculture Operations.
