Adjunct Instructor

About the Role

World Learning is seeking a dedicated and experienced Adjunct Instructor to join our team in Lilongwe, Malawi. This in-person position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our educational programs and empower students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective instruction to students in a classroom setting.
• Develop and implement course syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to foster their academic growth.
• Maintain accurate student records and submit grades in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues and program staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in teaching or training at the post-secondary level.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required.
