About

MHC-Henan Guoji Development Co, Ltd is a Joint Venture between Malawi Housing Corporation and Henan Guoji Development Company Limited from China. The company is currently selling and managing residential town houses in Lilongwe Area 49 Sector 5. The project is called Guoji Dream Town.

Key Duties

• Promoting Guoji dream town houses to existing and potential customers
• Identifying target market.
• Scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary both online and face to face.
• Producing excellent weekly reports.
• Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• A minimum of a diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field
• Not less than two years relevant working experience
• Knowledge in Real Estate marketing will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills to deal with a broad range of customers and ability to persuade and negotiate with clients.
