About the Role
WeLearn is a rapidly growing startup founded by experienced professionals from Google and Facebook, dedicated to empowering content creators and influencers by managing their businesses. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Intern. This role offers the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Director on critical decision-making processes.
- Identify and report emerging business niches, opportunities, and innovative ideas to senior leadership.
- Develop a robust pipeline of potential new creators and influencers across diverse industries and global regions.
- Ensure all prospect interactions are of the highest standard.
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions in the company database and propose optimizations for the sales funnel.
- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and implement effective improvements.
Requirements
- Mandatory fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in other European languages is a significant advantage.
- Availability to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship, starting as soon as possible.
- Demonstrated resilience and a high level of motivation, maintaining enthusiasm even when facing rejections.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within a startup environment.
- Eligibility for university credit for the internship, with willingness to liaunt with academic institutions.
