About the Role
We are seeking exceptional warehouse operations professionals to join our Logistics & Supply Chain team. Through this recruitment process, we are hiring for two levels: Warehouse Operations Coordinator (JL5) and Warehouse Senior Supervisor (JL4).
Responsibilities
- Oversee or support all warehouse activities, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of agricultural input orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Implement and maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management practices.
- Ensure warehouse space is utilized efficiently and products are stored appropriately.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Agriculture, Science, Logistics, or a related field.
- For Warehouse Operations Coordinator (JL5): Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain management, or related operational roles.
- For Warehouse Senior Supervisor (JL4): Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain management, or related operational roles.
