The Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS) is a teaching, research and entrepreneurial university specialising in Business and Applied Sciences. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to:

• Support the development and review of curricula, teaching and learning materials.
• Provide effective tuition to students at various levels.
• Participate in internal and external examining and assessment.
• Initiate and undertake research projects, consultancies and outreach programmes.
• Develop, enforce and monitor the adoption and adaptation of new technologies and concepts.
• Develop and implement resource mobilisation strategies.
• Mentor academic staff below their level.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Represent their departments at various forums.
• Publish and disseminate research findings.

Minimum Qualifications

• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree with at least a Credit or Honours (Second Class Upper).
• A relevant Master’s Degree or PhD in the specified field of study.
