Role Summary

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring excellent customer service, strong sales performance, accurate stock control, proper cash handling, attractive merchandising, a clean and safe store environment, and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations and ensure service excellence.
• Drive sales performance and meet targets.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and control inventory.
• Ensure proper cash handling and POS operations.
• Oversee merchandising, display presentation and promotions.
• Ensure the shop is clean, organized and safe.
• Lead, train and support the shop team.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Monitor performance and report to the Proprietor.
