POSITION SUMMARY:
Milanzi Interiors is looking for a creative and technically proficient Spatial Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in Architecture or a related Built Environment discipline and a keen interest in interior spaces.
CORE DUTIES:
• Create space planning layouts
• Generate 3D, 2D, and detailed technical drawings
• Support concept development and client presentations
• Perform site measurements and assessments
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers
• Assist Quantity Surveyors with Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related Built Environment field
• 1–4 years of relevant professional experience (recent graduates with exceptional portfolios are encouraged to apply)
• Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software
• Demonstrated ability in spatial planning and detailed design
• Familiarity with construction documentation
