Key responsibilities:

• Prepare delicious and authentic Indian dishes, including chapatti
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Follow kitchen hygiene and safety protocols

Requirements

• Experience in Indian cuisine preparation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Applicants should be in possession of

• Malawi Junior Certificate
• Proficiency in English language
• Three years’ work experience in a similar work.
