Enkosi Luxury Coaches Limited, a fast growing cross border passenger and courier services company, invites applications from ambitious and suitably qualified and well experienced candidates to fill the following positions tenable at its Lilongwe office.
• Manages the company’s operations.
• Oversees daily operations; ensuring efficient workflows, service delivery, and process consistency throughout the organization.
• Ensures the company is efficient by deploying innovative business process improvements.
• Develops and implements operating procedures that optimize productivity by ensuring all operational inefficiencies are eliminated.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by constantly engaging them and providing various customer feedback mechanisms/channels and attending to such feedback as necessary.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams, supervises and mentors staff by fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Supports the Administrative Executive in ensuring compliance to all regulatory and legal requirements by implementing risk mitigating initiatives for actual and potential risks.
• Ensures employee and customer safety by complying with health and safety regulations while proactively managing risks.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field.
• A minimum of 3 years work experience at supervisory or managerial level.
• Experience in fleet management will be an added advantage.

• Ensures branding of offices, buses, and other Company vehicles is done according to approved brand standards
• Ensures the Company has enough branding materials at all times i.e banners, marketing materials
• Implements all approved campaigns for the Company
• Monitors and reviews performance of all campaigns
• Ensures all campaigns spend are within approved budgets
• Manages marketing agency activities and relationships
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematical Science
• Statistical Analysis, Project Management, and Presentation skills (written and oral)
• Analytical and interpersonal skills
• 3 years experience in a similar role
• CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) membership an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ensures customers/passengers feel at home by welcoming them aboard, assisting them with seating, and provide key information about travel procedures and safety protocols
• Keeps customers/passengers well informed by making timely important announcements at take-off, in-transit, and upon arrival
• Ensures customers/passengers in-transit welfare and safety by coordinating emergency evacuation where necessary in coordination with the drivers
• Malawi School Certificate of Education plus Certificate in Customer Service or Hospitality

• Safely drives passenger buses and other vehicles to destinations as required by the company by ensuring adhering to all road safety rules
• Ensures that all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with traffic regulations by keeping track of routine vehicles service and all required permits
• Ensures a cordial relationship with customers by effectively communicating with them to ensure smooth operations and timely route management
• Assists luggage staff in loading by coordinating with luggage supervisor and his team to ensure luggage is loaded properly and that there is no overloading
• Ensures safe and efficient operations of buses and other motor vehicles by following the company’s standard operating practices
• Prioritizes safety of passengers and their property by ensuring that he complies with road safety requirements
• Mitigates operational risk by ensuring that vehicles are inspected, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with other regulations
• Ensures that the company has up to date records by documenting travel occurrences and other administrative issues such as mileage, fuel use, and incidents.
• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE), valid professional driving license (class DE)
• Clean driving record
• Minimum of 3 years cleaning driving experience
• Good communication and customer service skills

• Maintains a good accounting regime by keeping records and receipts, processing invoices, preparing customer statements, reconciling accounts.
• Ensures employees are paid their salaries in time by preparing payroll in good time for authorization.
• Enhances the company’s profitability by ensuring cost effective procurement and other expenses.
• Promotes accounting efficiency by interpreting financial data, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions in collaboration with the operations team and external auditors.
• Assists with capital adequacy reports by liaising with the operations team.
• Reviews withholding taxes and PAYE, ensuring that correct rates have been applied and pays within deadlines.
• Reviews and ensures VAT is paid within deadlines.
• Obtains all tax account balances and agrees to General Ledger (GL)
• Passes monthly entries for taxes
• Reconciles all tax account balances from the opening positions to payments made to closing positions
• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure without compromising work standards
• Self-motivated and energetic.
