Nkhamenya Community Hospital is a Catholic Health Facility of Mzuzu Diocese. It operates under the Health Commission of the Diocese whose mandate is to ensure that the services that the Catholic Church provides in the Diocese are accessible to the rural masses and the quality of care being provided is in line with the professional standards and in the footsteps of Jesus Christ the founder of the healing ministry.

In its efforts of ensuring provision of quality health services, the hospital would like to recruit the following position:

Position Details

CLINICAL TECHNICIAN INTERNEE WITH COLLEGE DIPLOMA

Key Duties

• Examine, diagnose, and treat patient.
• Prescribe and administer medications.
• Perform minor surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Participate in ward rounds and clinics.
• Refer patient appropriately.

Qualifications

• Be a practicing Christian
• Should have at least 2 years’ experience on the post being applied for
• Should have a traceable record
• Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Successful candidates for the posts of Senior Assistant Human Resources Management, Hospital Driver and Hospital Attendant will be on 3 years’ contract which will be renewable depending on the performance while Clinical and Nursing Technician internees, will be on 1-year contract non renewable
