The Youth Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment (YASCON) is seeking passionate and dedicated volunteers to contribute to environmental conservation initiatives across Malawi.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold postgraduate qualifications in one of the following areas:

• Monitoring & Evaluation
• Natural Resources Management
• Land Administration
• Geography
• Law
• Human Resources Management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to community and environmental work.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
