Applications are invited from suitably qualified Malawians to fill the position of Temporary Registration Assistant, existing at National Registration Bureau Department, tenable at Karonga District Registration Office.
Key Duties
- Checking that applicants correctly complete NRBA forms.
- Verifying that ID numbers of parents and informants in the NRBA form are correctly written.
- Assisting parents and informants without IDs to solicit ID numbers from the system.
- Ensure that all required variables especially mandatory, are provided in the NR8A form before data entry.
- Assist in civic educating clients on proper completion of NR8A form.
- Referring clients who need ID registration services to designated ID registration centers.
Qualifications
- Malawians in possession of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
- Applicants must be conversant with the local languages in the various Traditional Authorities.
- Those having computer skills and have worked with NRB before, under similar circumstances, with good track record will have an added advantage.
- Applicants should be those from 18 - 35 years age.
- Applicants should be Malawians in possession of Malawi National Identity Card and an active Bank Account.
