Our commitment extends to delivering compassionate, accessible, and high-quality care, encompassing contraception, safe abortion, and essential post-abortion services.

With a dedicated team of approximately 10,000 professionals operating in 36 countries, MSI thrives on locally-led, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented teams. These teams are deeply passionate about providing superior, client-centered care within their communities. As a social enterprise, we emphasize sustainable delivery, operational efficiency, and robust funding models to ensure that the women and girls we serve today can continue to access choices in the future.

About the Role

MSI is seeking a highly skilled Global SBC Manager to spearhead the strategy and implementation of best practices in Social and Behaviour Change (SBC). This role will involve providing technical support, both remotely and in person, for SBC program design and execution. It also entails coordinating and documenting internal best practices, alongside adapting successful external examples and resources.

Initially, this position will lend critical support to Gates-funded bilateral projects in Ethiopia and Nigeria, as well as other donor-supported SBC initiatives across Anglophone Africa and Asia.

The Global SBC Manager will report to the Senior Global SBC Manager and will collaborate closely with members of the global marketing, regional, and donor management teams.
